Thank you for shopping at A-line. Please read the policy below before submitting a return request.
1. Return Conditions
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery only if:

You received the wrong product.

The product arrived damaged or with a manufacturing defect.

The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Due to hygiene reasons, opened or tested hair-care products cannot be returned.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Opened or used products

Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage

Clearance or final-sale items

Bulk or wholesale orders
3. How to Request a Return
To submit a return request, please contact A-line support and provide:

Issue description
You will receive instructions within 24–48 hours.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after inspection.
The amount will be returned to the original payment method.
Refunds may take 5–14 days to appear depending on your bank or card provider.
Shipping Fees:

If the mistake is from A-line or the item is defective: shipping is free.

If the return is for any other reason: the customer covers return and reshipping fees.
5. Return Shipping Requirements
Products must be securely packed.
A-line is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect return addresses or returns made without approval.
